What culture means to us
Culture at Fleetondemand extends beyond the joy of free coffee - which, by the way, is one of our benefits. It’s rooted in a belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard and respected, regardless of where or how you work. In our community, staying connected is key, and we all move forward through mutual respect and collective action.
Equality
We ensure every person has the same opportunities to succeed and be recognised for a job well done.
Diversity
Our strength lies in our diversity, valuing the unique perspectives everyone brings to the table.
Inclusion
We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone belongs.
Our core values
Our values inform everything we do. Our products are only as great as the community that creates them.

Hear from our colleagues
One in every two of our employees are taking a course related to their role. We offer vocational training, work shadowing, mentoring and support to help our people to become the best version of themselves.
Luke started as an IT Apprentice at Fleetondemand in 2015 and his enthusiasm for all things IT was clear to see.
In 2020 Luke became our IT Specialist and helps every single part of the business and his colleagues with IT related issues and guidance.
Luke’s role has progressed and he is now our End User Computing Manager.
