Joe brings over 26 years of fleet industry experience to his role as Group CEO, with a specialisation in the vehicle rental sector. He previously led the successful growth of vehicle management specialist FleetEurope as Chief Operating Officer prior to its acquisition by Fleetondemand in 2019. Prior to this Joe also held senior roles at Leasedrive Group and Zenith.

Matt is a member of FOD's executive board and has been with the business since it was founded in 2009. He is responsible for overseeing the Service Delivery Centre (SDC), People and Culture team, and working closely with the product development team to drive innovation. Matt has developed long-standing colleague and client relationships, ensuring their continued strength and success.

Becky Marshall oversees the financial strategy and operations for Fleetondemand to ensure fiscal health and accurate forward planning. As a member of the executive board, Becky contributes to the overall strategic direction and decision-making of the company, working collaboratively to drive company growth. A Chartered Accountant, Becky began her career in an accountancy practice before quickly ascending to leading senior finance positions in various commercial roles.

Tracy McCulla is responsible for driving the success of Fleetondemand’s technology and products by setting the strategic direction, overseeing product development, and ensuring that customer needs and business objectives are met. Tracy brings a wealth of experience in leading transformational change, change management and agile project management with previous roles as Quality Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Product Specialist.

Joanna Price leads the supplier relations team within Fleetondemand's Service Delivery Centre, drawing on her 18+ years of experience in the rental industry. Joanna is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with Fleetondemand's extensive network of suppliers. A member of The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), Joanna's previous roles as Operations Support Manager and Supply Chain Co-ordinator at Nexus Vehicle Rental further strengthen her expertise.

Since joining Fleetondemand in 2011, Dan Metcalfe has overseen the front and back-end development of the company's products. In addition to his technical responsibilities, Dan also plays a crucial role in ensuring the security of Fleetondemand's systems and data, taking the lead on information security (InfoSec) initiatives to implement robust security measures. Dan's previous technical roles at Yorkshire Electricity and Venturelab contribute to his strong technical leadership.

With over 26 years of marketing experience, including senior positions at FleetEurope, Zenith, and CitNOW, Matt's strategic vision and deep understanding of the fleet industry enable him to develop marketing initiatives that support the company's ongoing growth and success.

With over 18 years as a National Account Manager at Zenith's rental management division, Ian brings a strong background in client management and achieving significant shareholder value.

With 12 years of experience in fleet and automotive including an FN50 fleet management company and a global automotive group, Luke leverages his industry knowledge to identify and capitalise on new opportunities. He collaborates closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develops tailored strategies to support their success.

Shaun Ravin, responsible for Southern UK territories, brings over 20 years of B2B sales experience, primarily in the automotive sector, to his role in driving business growth. Having supported prestige vehicle manufacturers, luxury licensed replacement vehicles, and private equity firms, Shaun has a deep understanding of the industry landscape. Building strong relationships with clients, he takes a consultative approach to develop effective solutions that maximise profitability and drive long-term success.
