First and foremost, we would like to congratulate Robert Dent, who has excelled within our rental platform team and is taking on the new role of Product Lead. Robert's exceptional combination of developer talent and operational experience, gained from working with Enterprise and other rental companies, makes him the perfect fit for this position. When asked about his new role, Robert shared his enthusiasm, stating, "Our vision for the ongoing development of the FOD Rental Platform is incredibly exciting, with new rental products and enhanced functionality at the forefront of our plans."
To support the expansion of our platforms, we have been actively seeking new developer talent, and we are delighted to welcome Damian Driscoll to our team. Damian brings a wealth of expertise in backend development, further strengthening our capabilities in this area. Additionally, we are proud to highlight the success of our apprenticeship scheme, launched a year ago. Luke Creighton, our first apprentice, has made remarkable progress, receiving awards and starring in promotional authority videos. We are thrilled with Luke's achievements, which have led to his full-time appointment at Fleetondemand.
Furthermore, we are pleased to introduce Josh Illingworth, who is responsible for overseeing all our online and offline marketing activities. Additionally, Victoria Nutton has joined our back-office operations team, providing valuable support in streamlining our internal processes.
Last but certainly not least, we extend a warm welcome to Nikki Hutchinson, our new Head of Back Office Accounting. Nikki's experience and leadership will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial activities.
