He drove rapid growth through the early introduction of web technologies into the rental market and developed the class leading IRIS rental system. This underpinned a successful Private Equity sale and Sunday Times Fast Track 100 listing. Following his exit Justin continued to develop the concept for Fleetondemand through to launch in September 2011. Fleetondemand raises the bar for fleet software technologies to an exciting new level.
Managing Director Sarah Easton has over 25 years experience in the fleet industry working in both SME and multinational organisations. Sarah is well respected for delivering inspired and innovative solutions to complex business issues across leasing, rental, accident management, duty of care, insurance, salary sacrifice and many other related products and services.
Group Financial Controller Matt Heald is a qualified accountant with business experience and a dealership background who - together with bilingual PA to the board Raquel Vidal - bring intelligent finance solutions and administrative HR functions to complement our team.
Our Head of Development Dan Metcalfe leads a team with over 30 years experience in specifying, developing, deploying and supporting web applications. They have previously provided solutions including data collection, e-commerce and social networking for SMEs, public sector and blue chip organisations.
